Community Marketing Liason

American Family Care Cypress is seeking a Community Marketing Liaison to promote urgent care services to local businesses, physicians, and consumers. This onsite role in Cypress, TX offers a collaborative small-business environment and flexible scheduling, with a compensation range of USD 25,000 to 35,000 per year. The position focuses on growing daily patient counts, expanding AFC service usage among local businesses, and elevating the AFC brand through targeted marketing and sales events. You will identify market opportunities, represent the company in the community, and cultivate relationships with local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Grow daily patient volume by attracting new and returning patients to AFC urgent care services.
• Develop strategies to increase local awareness of urgent care and occupational health offerings.
• Define target markets, business opportunities, and customer segments through data analysis, research, and hands-on experience.
• Represent AFC by engaging local businesses and medical practices, delivering presentations, and participating in industry events, owning the management of these opportunities.
• Plan, monitor, and manage the departmental budget.
• Establish and sustain positive working relationships with all departments, center teams, corporate staff, and AFC franchisees.
• Attend in-person weekend community events to connect with residents and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven track record of developing, implementing, and delivering results with sales and marketing strategies.
• Ability to conduct face-to-face sales appointments and both cold and warm outreach across direct-to-consumer, business, and physician audiences.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Independent, motivated, and results-driven with the ability to establish new business, maintain ongoing communication with accounts, and drive growth.
