Marketing Community Liaison - Home Healthcare

The Medical Team is seeking a Marketing Community Liaison to support growth through community outreach and referral development within the home healthcare space. This onsite, full-time role in Alice, TX focuses on building relationships across local health networks and increasing awareness of comprehensive home healthcare services.

Location and Employment Details

• Work location: Alice, TX (onsite)
• Job type: Full-time
• Work mode: On the road
• Pay: USD 13 - 15 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physician offices, and other clinical facilities.
• Plan, host, and attend community events such as health fairs, informational sessions, and local gatherings (including bingos and holiday events) to connect with potential clients and partners.
• Clearly communicate the value and scope of home healthcare services to diverse audiences, ranging from individuals to large groups.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to travel.
• Marketing experience: 1 year (Required).
• Health Care field experience: 2 years (Required).
• Driver’s License: Required.

Preferred Background

• Associate degree: Preferred.
• Sourcing referrals experience: 1 year (Preferred).
• Bilingual (Preferred): Bilingual.
