Clinical Marketing Liaison

Join a team focused on improving access to care through strong community partnerships. This onsite Clinical Marketing Liaison role supports referral growth in a defined geographic territory, helping ensure patients receive the right services at the right time.

Based in Wildwood, FL, you will work to cultivate referral relationships, communicate hospital programs to community sources and physicians, and support admissions by addressing barriers along the way.

What you will do

• Review medical conditions and pre-screen referrals coming from the hospital/SNF/home/assisted living facilities.
• Create call plans and referral strategies to drive patient volume using the Referral Development System (RDS).
• Use market analysis data for your territory to spot new business opportunities.
• Educate community referral sources and physicians on hospital programs and services.
• Identify development opportunities that position the hospital strategically in the local marketplace.
• Respond to and overcome admission barriers, including follow-up on admissions variables.

What you bring

• Current driver’s license in the employed state and an acceptable driving record per company policy.
• CPR certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent job experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment, preferably as a clinician or tech.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a nurse liaison or successful sales experience in a healthcare environment (preferred).
• Familiarity with acute hospitals, rehab facilities, and the local healthcare market (preferred).

Compensation and work details

$35 to $43 per hour (onsite in Wildwood, FL). Minimum experience required: 2 years.
