Hoover Met Complex is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead revenue-driven initiatives on-site in Hoover, Alabama. This role focuses on building structured marketing systems, demand generation, customer acquisition, and on-site conversion to grow programs, participation, and memberships within a collaborative, championship-level team dedicated to community enrichment and personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that directly influence program registrations, bookings, and memberships
- Create seasonal demand plans aligned with camps, leagues, and events in the programming calendar
- Own campaign performance and refine strategies based on revenue outcomes
- Manage email marketing programs
- Oversee paid media campaigns across Meta and Google platforms
- Direct social media and content marketing campaigns
- Coordinate content production including ad copy, blog posts, and promotional assets
- Enhance in-venue conversion through front desk alignment and scripting
- Improve in-venue conversion through QR codes and signage
- Empower staff and optimize communication to boost on-site conversions
- Ensure every program has a clear path from awareness to registration
- Track and report key KPIs: registrations, revenue, cost per acquisition, and database growth
- Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations
- Manage the marketing budget in partnership with the General Manager
- Coordinate with vendors across print, digital, signage, and web
- Support sponsorship activation and fulfillment
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Strong understanding of business fundamentals, including budgeting, planning, and KPI tracking
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and execute with speed and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and core marketing tools
