Specialist, Retail Marketing

Caleres, Inc. is hiring a Specialist, Retail Marketing for an onsite role in Novato, CA. You will coordinate seasonal marketing programs and retail initiatives, partnering across teams to help launch brand priorities across channels and retail partners. Along the way, you will build practical tools that support sales teams and retailers from planning through distribution, with strong benefits designed to support eligible associates.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate seasonal marketing programs from planning through execution, managing timelines, milestones, deliverables, approvals, and cross-functional follow-up to keep programs and assets accurate and on time.
• Partner across departments including Brand Marketing, Creative, Product, eCommerce, PR, Social, CRM, Media, Sales, and Merchandising to align seasonal priorities and coordinate program needs for successful execution.
• Support retail sales with ready-to-use resources by translating seasonal priorities and product stories into clear marketing materials, including sales toolkits, product launch kits, presentations, merchandising guides, retail education content, and trade show resources.
• Provide marketing support for key retail moments such as account meetings, line reviews, market appointments, sales meetings, retailer presentations, and trade shows, coordinating campaign assets and retailer resources with routing, approvals, version control, organization, and distribution.
• Own marketing operations and continuous improvement by managing marketing calendars, project trackers, briefs, workflows, requests, and status updates, monitoring deadlines, escalating risks or roadblocks, and supporting post-launch recaps to improve processes, tools, and ways of working.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing as an Account Coordinator or Account Manager.
• Retail experience is preferred.

Compensation

USD 65,000 - 75,000 per year
