Field Operations & Marketing Helper - Must Legally Drive

Shine of Tysons is hiring a part-time Field Operations & Marketing Helper to support outdoor field work across Northern Virginia. This role blends hands-on errands with practical marketing support, helping keep yard sign placements, deliveries, and day-to-day operations running smoothly so field crews can stay productive.

The position is based in Lorton, VA (onsite) and offers $18–$21 per hour depending on experience. Driving is part of the day-to-day, so the candidate must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

What you’ll do

• Deploy and track yard signs throughout Northern Virginia in approved locations
• Deliver marketing materials and door hangers
• Run supply and equipment errands to support field teams
• Clean, organize, and restock company vehicles
• Help prepare Holiday Lighting materials and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in shop and storage areas
• Support inventory and perform basic equipment checks
• Assist field crews with approved ground-level tasks as needed
• Support other daily operations that keep the team running
