Memory Care Advisor

Arden Courts in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Memory Care Advisor to support occupancy growth through a focused sales and marketing approach. In this onsite role, you will help drive community results while strengthening referral relationships that contribute to a steady pipeline of high-quality leads.

What you’ll do

• Build and grow community occupancy by implementing a strategic sales and marketing plan and applying sales techniques.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources to support a consistent flow of quality referrals essential to increasing community occupancy.

What you’ll need

• Education: A college degree is preferred.
• Clearinghouse Screening: Additional screening is required through the FL Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
• Skills: Familiarity with memory care, assisted living, and/or health care services is preferred.
• Experience: Sales experience is preferred, especially within health care services, products, or pharmaceuticals.
