This full-time marketing and sales role in Omaha, NE (onsite) combines prospecting, lead follow-up, and insurance quote generation while you work toward an insurance license that enables you to help clients protect what matters.

As part of a team that has become the #1 Farm Bureau insurance agency in Nebraska and Iowa, you will represent the agency in conversations that move from first contact to referrals and long-term coverage needs.
Role Summary
In this position, you will market to prospects and generate new business through calls, networking, and leads. You will also generate and develop insurance quotes and guide individuals, families, and small businesses as they secure their insurance future. The listing notes that marketing volume supports consistent outreach, with the expectation that you can present 8 times per day.
Responsibilities
- Solicit new business using telephone outreach, networking, and other lead sources.
- Generate and develop insurance quotes.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain the agency referral program.
- Handle each customer contact as an opportunity for cross-sell and up-sell, including financial products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus opportunities
- Salary range: USD 70,000 - 80,000 per year
