Field Marketing Manager

The Field Marketing Manager for Champion Window is responsible for building and overseeing local field marketing programs that generate leads. Based onsite in Omaha, NE, this role combines partner/event coordination, customer engagement, team leadership, and performance management to meet established marketing targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, register, and coordinate events, sponsorships, canvassing, and local engagement initiatives
• Engage potential customers and coordinate scheduling for in-home consultations with Champion Sales Representatives
• Develop training programs for existing local staff and new hires
• Interact with homeowners in local neighborhoods where Champion has recently completed home-improvement projects
• Hire, train, and maintain a team of field marketers across multiple locations
• Manage provided budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI
• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual goals in partnership with the VP of Marketing
• Manage and approve payroll entries and updates
• Contribute content for social media and support company culture efforts
• Evaluate data and results to identify opportunities for improvement
• Conduct performance reviews for the field marketing team
• Support Corporate Marketing functions where necessary

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in field and events marketing or outside sales
• Associate degree in business management or related field
• Prior experience in the construction industry and/or lead generation industries preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to oversee budgets and develop reports
• Proven ability to lead a team of field marketers
• Ability to demonstrate products and engage with potential customers
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel using personal vehicle
• Ability to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends

Compensation

$50,000 USD per year.
