Job Description

Credit Advisors Foundation seeks a Marketing and Outreach Coordinator in Omaha, NE (onsite) with a salary range of USD 40,000 to 45,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure clear communication of program offerings to consumers and stakeholders across diverse media channels.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and preferences.
  • Develop, implement, and manage the agency’s comprehensive marketing and communications plan.
  • Create collateral materials for use with community partners and clients.
  • Collaborate with vendors to manage website, content, campaigns, and outward-facing media.
  • Manage all social media platforms.
  • Purchase media in alignment with programming budgets and funding.
  • Maintain consistent messaging across multiple platforms.
  • Prepare press releases on topics of interest for clients and the media.
  • Plan and execute outreach events in the Omaha metro area, rural Nebraska, Iowa, and Arizona.
  • Design, select, and maintain company swag.
  • Serve as brand ambassador and guardian of brand integrity.
  • Analyze campaign performance to improve visibility and effectiveness.
  • Network with the community to raise service awareness, advocate for clients, and represent the organization to partners, supporters, and funders.
  • Collaborate with management teams to maximize campaign effectiveness through CRM.

  • Fluency with social media platforms and posting, including search, content, photography, and follower acquisition strategies.
