Entry-Level Marketing Position
Job Description
This entry-level marketing role supports territory-based physician engagement as an Associate Service Specialist at HCP Concierge in Omaha, Nebraska, focusing on information delivery and relationship development with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer business objectives and serve as the primary contact for HCPs within HCP Concierge
- Operate ethically and in compliance with company processes and policies at all times
- Demonstrate mastery of information through regular training and certification, both written and verbal
- Manage territory calling on a range of healthcare professionals in targeted physician offices
- Distribute and manage resources in accordance with management guidelines
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the market and customers
- Manage the territory as a business to achieve call plans and customer satisfaction
- Establish and sustain high quality customer relationships
- Execute customer call plans and follow up on requests
- Comply with company reporting requirements
- Adhere to all company and industry guidelines and regulations
Requirements
- Degree preferred – associates or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently to achieve results
- Strong work ethic and professional, proactive demeanor
- Local residency within the assigned territory
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Proficiency with using technology for business purposes

Compensation
Annual salary: USD 43,000
