BCBA Content Creator - Social Media & Marketing

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a part-time BCBA Content Creator based in Nebraska to help shape the clinic’s education and marketing presence. In this role, you will bring a clinically grounded voice to video, blogs, and social media, partnering closely with the marketing team to create content that supports families and makes ABA more approachable.

As the on-camera presence for Above and Beyond Therapy, you will translate complex clinical concepts into clear, relatable messaging while helping plan campaigns, educational series, and platform-specific content that stays aligned with what families are responding to.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging video, written, and social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including reels, educational posts, and stories that make ABA accessible to everyday families
• Serve as an authentic, on-camera clinical presence and trusted face of Above and Beyond Therapy
• Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Director to develop content calendars, campaigns, and educational series
• Visit ABT clinic locations to capture real, behind-the-scenes content (travel scope will evolve with the role)
• Translate complex clinical concepts into digestible language for parents and caregivers
• Monitor social media trends and adapt content to what resonates on each platform
• Support brand building that connects families to care at scale

Requirements

• Active BCBA in good standing with a strong clinical foundation
• Natural on-camera presence, with comfort, confidence, and engagement
• Passion for families and the ability to connect with the parent experience
• Creative approach to storytelling and content creation
• Social media fluency, including understanding what performs and the ability to ride trends while protecting clinical integrity
• Team-oriented mindset in a collaborative, mission-driven environment
• Basic video editing skills a plus (CapCut or similar)
• Note: candidates who do not hold a current BCBA or RBT credential will not be considered
