Job Description

This hybrid position combines business development with field marketing to drive patient growth and expand the orthopedic practice's market presence in Paramus, New Jersey. It emphasizes building a data driven marketing infrastructure to support sustainable success.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new patients through targeted field outreach, networking, and relationship development.
Collaborate to ideate and implement fresh marketing concepts, campaigns, and audience targeting strategies.
Oversee and optimize the HubSpot CRM setup, including workflows, forms, contact lists, and marketing automation.
Plan and execute field marketing activities to engage potential patients at relevant venues.
Leverage CRM analytics to refine patient acquisition and retention approaches.
Design and manage patient communication campaigns using eClinicalWorks (eCW).
Produce routine reports on patient growth, outreach, and marketing performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50 percent.
Flexible schedule including evenings, occasional weekends, and events.
Ability to participate in local events, trade shows, and community engagements.
