Job Description

This hybrid position combines business development with field marketing to drive patient growth and expand the orthopedic practice's market presence in Paramus, New Jersey. It emphasizes building a data driven marketing infrastructure to support sustainable success.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new patients through targeted field outreach, networking, and relationship development.
  • Collaborate to ideate and implement fresh marketing concepts, campaigns, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Oversee and optimize the HubSpot CRM setup, including workflows, forms, contact lists, and marketing automation.
  • Plan and execute field marketing activities to engage potential patients at relevant venues.
  • Leverage CRM analytics to refine patient acquisition and retention approaches.
  • Design and manage patient communication campaigns using eClinicalWorks (eCW).
  • Produce routine reports on patient growth, outreach, and marketing performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50 percent.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, occasional weekends, and events.
  • Ability to participate in local events, trade shows, and community engagements.

Overview
