Marketing & Business Development Specialist

Join a clinician-and-community focused team in the Laredo market, supporting growth through referrals, trusted relationships, and consistent community presence. In this onsite role based in Austin, TX, you will represent Express Pain and Urgent Care PLLC while helping strengthen provider and practice partnerships that drive long-term impact.

What you will do

• Develop and execute market-specific strategies to grow the referral network in line with leadership goals
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, practices, and clinical leaders
• Introduce new providers to key referrers and help expand awareness of services across the community
• Act as a liaison between referring offices and internal clinical and operational teams
• Organize and attend provider meetings to promote services and encourage engagement
• Deliver marketing materials and referral resources to hospitals, clinics, and medical groups
• Track and document outreach activities in the CRM and provide regular progress updates
• Monitor competitive activity and collaborate on local marketing and business development planning
• Represent Epic at community and professional events to increase visibility and drive referrals
• Manage budgets responsibly, including expense tracking and reporting

What you bring

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Preferred: healthcare or legal industry experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with a relationship-first mindset
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred
