Marketing/Sales Specialist

The Marketing/Sales Specialist will manage business development for assigned territories across the greater Philadelphia area, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales objectives. The onsite role includes outbound sales activities, referral relationship building, and the execution of marketing plans, along with support for customer service needs.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage business development for assigned territories while meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives
• Make day-to-day decisions on sales calls, territory management, and administrative tasks
• Build referral partnerships
• Handle customer service issues and opportunities
• Implement marketing plans
• Conduct routine visits to established, pending, and cold-call prospects (current referral list will be provided)
• Monitor, update, and edit the Contact Database
• Perform in-home assessments and complete Start of Care forms for new clients as needed
• Formulate and successfully implement business plans, sales plans, and sales calls
• Recognize internal and external customer needs
• Meet customer and referral source expectations and requirements on a timely basis
• Work independently and manage time effectively without close supervision
• Deliver effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on complex topics to key audiences such as Social Workers, Discharge Planners, and senior communities
• Interface and cooperate with individuals at all levels, with demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Think on your feet and adapt quickly to respond to referral source questions and changing situations
