Timberlyne seeks an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to advance analytics, audience engagement, and content marketing across multiple digital channels. This onsite role is based in Wayne, Nebraska, with a compensation range of USD 50,000 to 72,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Edit and publish content on company websites, including copy, project photos, videos, new product pages, and careers information.
Regularly schedule and post content on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, monitor comments and messages, and track performance analytics.
Create emails and templates and develop strategic campaigns using Pardot (Salesforce). Experience with similar providers such as Constant Contact or Mailchimp is acceptable.
Support internal documents, business cards, and advertisements by editing text within existing Photoshop or InDesign layouts; this is not a full-time graphic design role.
Draft written summaries of completed barn, residential, or commercial projects.
Research partners and projects to stay informed on progress and opportunities.
Assist with writing or proofreading internal news and announcements.

Requirements

A degree in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of experience in digital editing with a proven record of increasing traffic to websites, social channels, or email campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital platforms, including website management, email marketing, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media services.
Proficiency in Craft CMS or similar content management systems for content creation, optimization, redirects, and overall site management.
Active interest in applying new technologies to elevate digital strategy and improve workflow efficiency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with initiative to identify errors or challenges and implement effective solutions; comfortable communicating in person, by phone, email, and through digital meetings.
Strong team player capable of collaborating to achieve shared goals.
