Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
Based in Lincoln, Nebraska with hybrid work options, the Marketing Coordinator will support Olsson's marketing team with a focus on water, transportation, community infrastructure, and private development projects. Responsibilities include developing proposals and statements of qualifications, preparing interview materials, coordinating client events and conferences, submitting award entries, and producing collateral that aligns with brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver materials for marketing activities, including statements of qualifications, competitive proposals, interview presentations, and materials for professional conferences, in accordance with firm standards.
- Plan, communicate and track pursuit tasks to meet deadlines.
- Conduct quality reviews to maintain accuracy and consistency in marketing content, messaging and documentation.
- Gather, maintain and apply client intelligence.
- Prepare and submit award entries.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
- At least three years of related AEC industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, English or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products and Adobe InDesign.
- Strong writing skills, including knowledge of AP style.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- The ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams locally and in other offices within the Olsson footprint.
- The ability to develop and foster effective professional relationships both internally and externally.
- Skills in technical writing, editing, creativity, and a keen sense of design style.
