Datalily is seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to lead end-to-end market research for B2B SaaS clients, turning survey data and client reporting into marketing-ready insights and clear data stories. The role blends survey design, data quality, visualization, and client-facing communication across multiple concurrent projects.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage full survey execution with panel providers, including uploading surveys to platforms, launching studies, reviewing soft-launch results, retrieving data for analysis, and conducting interviews or focus groups when needed.
- Clean and validate raw survey exports by identifying outliers, removing low-quality responses, and reshaping datasets to support accurate analysis.
- Extract insights and build data visualizations from CSV and XLSX data using pivot tables or a dedicated analysis platform, then translate complex findings into plain-language takeaways for non-technical clients and content teams.
- Retrieve and manipulate data from client dashboards and data warehouses to create visualizations and provide insights for the content marketing team.
- Own timelines and deliverables, coordinating professionally with clients through each project phase.
- Contribute ideas for new research projects by partnering with content marketing and PR/media teams to identify topics aligned with industry research gaps and opportunities.
- Support the creation and editing of thought leadership assets (blog posts, executive bylines, reports, and articles) by ensuring data accuracy and strategic alignment.
