In-House Marketing Coordinator

This onsite role in San Francisco, CA at Travel + Leisure Co. focuses on direct, face-to-face guest marketing within resort settings, delivering concierge-level service, and coordinating discussions about owner updates and workshops. The position also collaborates with resort staff to manage guest arrival information, with compensation set at USD 21 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into our resorts
• Provide concierge-like service to all guests
• Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop
• The coordinator may offer gifts to participating guests
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets for guests checking in during their shift

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of sales or marketing experience is preferred, not required
• Maintain production standards
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred
