Job Description

Work onsite in Redmond, OR as part of Travel + Leisure Co.’s in-person marketing team, focused on supporting prospective and current owners across resort locations. This role helps shape positive guest experiences by coordinating reservations for sales presentations, welcoming attendees, and staying aligned with company policies and performance goals.

What you’ll do

  • Act as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure.
  • Partner with resort staff and use arrival information to support the guest check-in flow by receiving arrival sheets of guests.
  • Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
  • Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
  • Schedule sales-tour reservations and collect any required deposits.
  • Meet minimum performance goals by greeting, presenting, and incentivizing prospective customers for sales presentations in accordance with company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements (maintain 80% time on this activity).

Training, updates, and performance rhythm

  • Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings.
  • Keep current on marketing information and materials.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends.
  • Set and review performance goals on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis (allocated time: 20%).

What you bring

  • Maintain production standards.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment within a shared space.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and general computer skills, plus comfort using smart devices.
  • Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required (1 to 3 years is preferred, not required).
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of education.
