Job Description

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring for an onsite In-House Marketing Coordinator in Hunt, TX. This role centers on direct guest engagement and in-resort marketing, delivering targeted outreach to resort guests and concierge-style service while coordinating with member services. Responsibilities

Conduct direct, face-to-face marketing with guests as they check into the resort
Provide concierge-style service to all guests
Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop
The coordinator may offer gifts to guests for participating in the update
Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets for guests checking in during your shift

Requirements

1 to 3 years of sales or marketing experience is preferred, not required
Maintain production standards
Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred
