Community Marketing Representative
Job Description
Travel + Leisure Co. welcomes an onsite Community Marketing Representative to Sevierville, Tennessee, where you’ll connect with visitors at local attractions and events. As a brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations, you’ll engage attendees in direct conversations about the vacation club experience and extend invitations to attend acclaimed vacation ownership presentations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations
- Greet guests, present offerings, and invite prospects to participate in a sales-preview tour
- Screen and qualify potential customers in line with company guidelines
- Coordinate sales-tour reservations and collect the required deposits
- Invite eligible prospects to attend a sales presentation in compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, dedicating about 80% of time to field activities
- Attend scheduled training sessions and department meetings, keep marketing materials current, stay informed on industry trends, and set and review performance goals on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis (the remaining 20%)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of related sales or marketing experience (preferred, not required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must maintain production standards
