Job Description
Onsite Marketing Agent role with Travel + Leisure Co. in Myrtle Beach, SC, representing Wyndham Destinations at local attractions and events while promoting the vacation club.
Responsibilities
- Act as a courteous, professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations.
- Greet visitors, present information, and encourage attendance at a sales preview tour.
- Evaluate and qualify prospective customers based on established company guidelines.
- Arrange sales tour reservations and collect required deposits.
- Welcome and present to prospects with the aim of attendance at a sales presentation, complying with all policies, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements while spending about 80 percent of time on these activities.
- Participate in all scheduled trainings and department meetings; stay current on marketing materials and industry trends; set and review performance goals on a weekly, monthly, and yearly cadence, with roughly 20 percent of time allocated to these tasks.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment within a shared workspace.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proficiency in MS Word.
- General computer skills and familiarity with smart devices.
- Must maintain production standards.
