Coordinator, Marketing Activation

Marketing Activation Coordinator needed in Orlando, FL (onsite) to support the activation of external marketing channels and day-to-day marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate placement of Marketing branded materials onto the Passport application, including ongoing communications
• Maintain Brandporium physical asset inventory by removing and replacing outdated materials, and keeping naming/organization up to date
• Serve as Brand liaison for ongoing updates to Marketing materials and collateral
• Create and/or refresh marketing calendars, timelines, schedules, pitch decks, and marketing plans as requested, using light design skills to update materials
• Provide execution support for activation program rollouts, including meeting scheduling, distribution lists, and project management tasks
• Support development and upkeep of training materials for activation program roll-outs and ongoing team trainings
• Manage the Marketing Team Compass site for ongoing team enablement
• Submit all invoices
• Assist with Sales and Marketing incentive program fulfillment, including maintenance, fulfillment processes, and taxation requirements
• Support management of Marketing Programs and OTI and Sales Vacation email inquiry mailboxes
• Maintain strong organization and attention to detail

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of industry marketing experience and 5 years of overall marketing and/or sales experience
• Project Management Training is a plus
• Strong business acumen and industry-specific marketing skills and knowledge
• Demonstrated computer skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail are paramount
