Job Description

Join a team that turns in-person guest interactions into real impact. This onsite Marketing Coordinator role supports Travel + Leisure with prospective and current owners across resort locations, helping drive attendance through scheduled sales-preview tours and presentations. You will serve as a professional brand ambassador, coordinate guest reservations and deposits, and stay aligned with ongoing training and performance expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure.
  • Partner with resort staff by reviewing arrival sheets of guests checking in.
  • Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend sales-preview tours.
  • Screen and qualify potential customers according to company guidelines.
  • Schedule sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
  • Greet, present, and incentivize guests for sales presentations in line with company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining a minimum performance goal of 80% time.
  • Attend scheduled training sessions and department meetings, stay current on marketing materials and industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually (20%).

What You Bring

  • Ability to maintain production standards.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and smart devices.
  • Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred but not required (1 to 3 years preferred, not required).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience equivalent to education may be accepted in lieu of education.

Additional Details

  • Location: Depoe Bay, OR (onsite)
  • Travel: No travel required outside the home site’s area
  • Note on Paid Time Off: Temporary and/or seasonal associates are ineligible for Paid Time Off

How You’re Supported on the Job: You will keep current on marketing information and materials, attend training and meetings, and manage weekly, monthly, and annual performance goal reviews while scheduling guests for presentations at resort locations.
