Responsibilities

On site at Busch Gardens, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co., engaging with the public.
In a sales oriented capacity, you will have face-to-face conversations with prospective guests and share details about the vacation club experience.
You will invite guests to attend and be incentivized to participate in award-winning vacation ownership presentations.
Act as a positive, professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations
Welcome, present information, and offer incentives to prospective customers to attend a sales preview tour
Evaluate and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
Arrange sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits

Requirements

A friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality
Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods indoors and outdoors
Sales or marketing experience (preferred)
High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)

Job Description

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an on-site Marketing Coordinator to join our Williamsburg, Virginia team. This role emphasizes in-person marketing with prospective and current resort owners and coordinating guests for sales presentations, bridging guests with our resort offerings.

The position operates onsite and requires a hands-on approach to daily engagement, supporting brand goals through direct interaction and structured guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations
Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in
Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% time)
Attend all scheduled training sessions
Attend department meetings
Keep current on marketing information and materials
Keep current on industry trends
Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually. (20%)
