Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring an in-person Marketing Coordinator position based in Bend, OR. This role supports prospective and/or current owners at resort locations by coordinating sales-preview experiences and helping guide guests through the early stages of the sales process.
Working onsite, you will act as a professional brand representative and help ensure tours and sales presentations run smoothly, including guest screening, scheduling, and ongoing performance reviews tied to company expectations.
Role Overview
- In-person marketing support for prospective and/or current owners within resort locations
- Schedules guests to meet with a representative for a presentation
Responsibilities
- Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure
- Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets for guests checking in
- Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
- Screen and qualify potential customers according to company guidelines
- Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
- Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in line with company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% time)
- Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings; keep current on marketing information and materials, and stay up to date on industry trends
- Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually, contributing (20%) of total responsibilities
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required
- Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and general computer skills plus smart devices
- Must maintain production standards
- 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required
