Job Description

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator to join onsite in Princeville, Hawaii. In this role, you will provide data-driven support to the sales and marketing teams, handling data collection and validation, preparing reports, and driving cross-functional initiatives that streamline operations and improve guest experiences. The position emphasizes proactive process improvement and collaborative problem-solving across departments.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service to guests, partners, and internal teams.
Identify opportunities to enhance guest service and operational workflows.
Gather and verify data during guest interactions to ensure the best possible experience.
Safeguard company assets in all touchpoints and interactions.
Understand and apply applicable operational policies and procedures.
Support new initiatives and assist teams affected by changes.
Maintain recurring reporting schedules—daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly.
Leverage available resources, including your team, leadership, and guides, to provide timely answers.

Requirements

Validate data and respond to on-site partner inquiries and reporting requests.
Assist with integrating new processes and procedures.
Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
Available to support business needs on weekends and holidays.
Experience delivering exceptional customer service with enthusiasm.
