In House Marketing Coordinator

Join Travel + Leisure Co. in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii for an on-site, in-person marketing role that engages prospective and current resort owners and schedules meetings with a company representative for a sales presentation. Responsibilities

• Represent Travel + Leisure as a positive, professional brand ambassador
• Coordinate with resort teams to receive guest arrival sheets for checking in
• Welcome and present to prospects and encourage attendance at a sales preview tour
• Screen and qualify prospects following company guidelines
• Book sales tours and collect deposits as required
• Invite prospects to a sales presentation in line with policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining at least 80% focus on this activity
• Attend scheduled trainings and department meetings, stay current on marketing information and materials, track industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually (20%)

Requirements

• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required
• Must maintain production standards
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 1 year
