Job Description
Join Travel + Leisure Co. in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii for an on-site, in-person marketing role that engages prospective and current resort owners and schedules meetings with a company representative for a sales presentation. The hourly pay range is USD 16 to 20, and the position requires at least one year of experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Represent Travel + Leisure as a positive, professional brand ambassador
- Coordinate with resort teams to receive guest arrival sheets for checking in
- Welcome and present to prospects and encourage attendance at a sales preview tour
- Screen and qualify prospects following company guidelines
- Book sales tours and collect deposits as required
- Invite prospects to a sales presentation in line with policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining at least 80% focus on this activity
- Attend scheduled trainings and department meetings, stay current on marketing information and materials, track industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually (20%)
Requirements
- Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required
- Must maintain production standards
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
