Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage Spanish-language Google Ads campaigns for dental implants and braces across Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas, while maintaining five Wix-powered websites, handling inbound inquiries, and overseeing review management for a multi-location dental group. This is an onsite role based in Dallas, TX.

Overview

This position focuses on delivering targeted, Spanish-language PPC campaigns for dental implants and braces within three Texas markets, complemented by ongoing website maintenance, responsive lead handling, and reputation management for a multi-location practice. The role emphasizes ownership and growth within a Spanish-speaking patient base in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of all Spanish-language Google Ads campaigns for dental implants and braces in Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas.
• Daily PPC management including market and keyword research, creative development, A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.
• Promptly respond to patient leads and messages in Spanish, or coordinate with the Spanish-speaking team to ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain and update content across five Wix-powered web properties to support campaign accuracy and overall performance.
• Monitor and assist with reviews on Google and Yelp, with particular focus on engaging the Spanish-speaking community.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads, preferably for Spanish-language or multicultural audiences.
• Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Track record in PPC for dental or similar health services; portfolio or case studies required.
• Strong web, lead response, and digital communications skills.
• Familiarity with Wix and multi-location digital campaigns is preferred.
