Job Description

The Marketing Manager will lead marketing strategy, lead generation, and sales coordination for a San Antonio based home builder, driving growth in new home construction.

Responsibilities

  • Directly develop, implement, and manage cost effective advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Establish and maintain end to end conversion tracking, including Meta Pixel, Conversions API, UTM parameters, and CRM attribution.
  • Create high converting content and copy for social media, email drip campaigns, website, signage, and print materials.
  • Maintain and optimize the WordPress website and listing platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, MLS, and similar) with current inventory.
  • Track key marketing metrics such as CPL, CPA, and ROI to assess campaign performance and adjust tactics to safeguard the budget.
  • Leverage AI tools to boost productivity, streamline workflows, and solve complex marketing problems.
  • Utilize the CRM to monitor marketing-sourced opportunities from click to close, coordinate sales pipelines, and develop revenue forecasts.
  • Oversee adherence to best practices by sales reps to advance deals to close.
  • Ensure proper CRM usage, logging every interaction and keeping deals current.
  • Present marketing and sales performance, revenue metrics, and strategic adjustments to management during weekly sales meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Communications. An MBA is a plus; proven hands-on execution is the primary requirement.
  • Practitioner-level skills in WordPress, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Salesforce or an equivalent CRM.
  • Three or more years of direct lead-generating marketing experience (performance marketing).
  • Two or more years of experience in new home construction, real estate, or another high-ticket/long sales cycle industry.
  • Two or more years of management experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, scrappiness, and a proven ability to generate cost-effective leads without relying on large corporate budgets.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and valid auto insurance.

Compensation

Salary: USD 75,000 - 85,000 per year

On Target Earnings: base salary plus aggressive performance bonuses directly tied to hitting company revenue and closing targets.
