Job Description
Seeking a Marketing Director to lead marketing initiatives, elevate brand awareness, and drive growth for K9 Activity Club & Lodge. This role shapes the marketing vision, executes impactful campaigns, and connects with pet owners worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with company objectives, emphasizing digital channels, content development, and strengthening brand positioning.
- Guide multi-channel campaigns across social platforms, email marketing, search engine marketing, and paid media including Google Ads and Facebook Advertising.
- Manage WordPress and related CMS workflows while optimizing the website for SEO, conversion performance, and user experience.
- Leverage SEO tools, keyword research, Google Analytics, and performance marketing tactics to track results and refine strategies.
- Work with creative teams to develop engaging graphic assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and other design tools.
- Deploy marketing automation to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and boost engagement across digital channels.
- Oversee partnerships with external agencies or vendors specializing in SEM, social media management, and digital advertising to maximize ROI.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership in digital marketing, ideally in a senior role such as Marketing Director or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in SEO tools, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and search engine marketing best practices.
- Solid background in social media marketing, content development, copywriting, and graphic design.
- Practical experience with WordPress or similar CMS; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is advantageous.
- Track record of conversion optimization, performance marketing, ecommerce strategies, and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Location: Santa Rosa, CA (onsite)
Salary: USD 26,000 - 52,000 per yearly
