Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive, multi-channel growth marketing strategy
  • Expand lead generation beyond Google Ads and organic search
  • Identify and pilot new customer acquisition channels
  • Track and optimize KPIs such as lead volume, lead quality, cost per lead, conversion rates, and CAC
  • Develop programs that support direct customer acquisition and referral partnerships
  • Measure outcomes and iterate based on results
  • Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with business goals
  • Produce and oversee blogs, articles, white papers, case studies, videos, and industry reports
  • Position executives as thought leaders through content, podcasts, interviews, webinars, and speaking engagements
  • Coordinate content distribution across multiple channels
  • Enhance visibility on AI-driven search platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews
  • Monitor industry trends affecting SEO, search behavior, and digital discovery
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve website structure, content, and technical performance
  • Track citation, mentions, and authority growth across AI and traditional search platforms
  • Manage LinkedIn strategy and executive visibility initiatives
  • Create engaging content to educate, inform, and raise industry awareness
  • Grow audience engagement and brand recognition within target industries and referral networks
  • Monitor performance and continuously optimize content strategies
  • Build and maintain targeted marketing databases
  • Develop and execute quarterly email campaigns for customers, referral partners, and industry contacts
  • Manage drip campaigns for cold and lost leads
  • Segment audiences and implement personalized outreach
  • Track campaign effectiveness and continuously improve performance
  • Support development of referral channels with banks, lenders, attorneys, consultants, and brokers
  • Create marketing materials and programs to strengthen referral relationships
  • Assist leadership with strategic partnership initiatives
  • Measure and report on all marketing initiatives and track ROI by channel
  • Conduct daily analysis of lead quality and conversion metrics by source or campaign
  • Present bi-monthly performance reports and recommendations
  • Leverage AI and analytics tools to improve decision making, campaign performance, and efficiency
  • Utilize applications to drill down on lead sources and campaign metrics

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a similar role with measurable successes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 15+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel growth strategies
  • Strong command of content marketing, email marketing, SEO, paid search, and LinkedIn marketing
  • Experience with CRMs and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
  • Analytical, data-driven decision maker
  • Independent initiative and self-direction
