Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media programs across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Produce engaging photography, video, and written content aligned with the Odette & Co. brand.
- Coordinate daily content calendars and nurture ongoing community conversations.
- Capture and edit short form video assets for Reels and TikTok.
- Oversee paid social campaigns and evaluate performance metrics.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
- Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns.
- Support event promotion, coordination, and in-store activations.
- Monitor trends to identify opportunities for growth in awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership to align with broader marketing initiatives and brand strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Solid understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
- Experience with digital marketing and campaign management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Strong graphic design and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Capcut.
- Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
