Job Description
Content Marketing Manager for Whole Foods Market's Owned & Influencer team focuses on developing lifestyle-driven, long-form editorial content and cross-platform storytelling to build community and brand affinity.
Responsibilities
- Lead Substack editorial initiatives in collaboration with Brand Engagement, delivering a steady cadence of engaging long-form content to deepen brand affinity and foster community.
- Partner with Production and Creative to develop and execute long-form video storytelling that brings lifestyle narratives to life and grows the subscriber base.
- Collaborate with Creative on Pinterest, crafting visually compelling, search-optimized pins and boards to boost discovery.
- Contribute content across additional lifestyle social channels, ensuring a cohesive brand voice across platforms.
- Serve as a central voice for the brand's social editorial presence, weaving trends and product discovery into stories that celebrate food and inspire audiences organically.
- Coordinate with Social, Brand Engagement, and Creative teams to plan and maintain an editorial calendar.
- Monitor performance, identify trends, and refine strategy to drive growth and engagement.
- Act as a connective link across Creative, Production, and Brand Engagement to align cross-functional efforts.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Track record of driving high performance content and growth within a world-class content environment.
- Proven experience managing content calendars and multi-platform posting schedules.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Robust portfolio showcasing long-form writing (newsletters, editorial features, essays, or similar).
- Experience creating content for Pinterest or other visually driven lifestyle platforms.

- Salary: USD 78,800 - 137,900 per year
