Job Description

Join Think Academy US to study the U.S. K–12 math education market and optimize Xiaohongshu (RED) content for qualified family audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously research the U.S. K–12 math education market, including parent needs, competitor activity, and high-performing content
  • Identify content opportunities that align user needs, Think Academy’s products, and enrollment goals
  • Analyze parent needs, concerns, and decision-making triggers across regions, grade levels, and learning stages
  • Turn Think Academy curriculum strengths into clear customer value propositions and differentiated messaging
  • Own the full content workflow: research, topic selection, creation, editing, publishing, and ongoing optimization
  • Use AI tools to improve productivity while meeting high standards for accuracy, completeness, and overall quality
  • Continuously review your own work and raise execution quality over time
  • Track content performance across engagement, inquiries, and conversions
  • Analyze results, find improvement opportunities, and plan the next optimization round
  • Build repeatable content strategies instead of one-off posts

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation or content marketing
  • Experience in education or EdTech
  • Ability to work on-site in Silicon Valley (San Jose, CA 95129)
  • Detail-oriented with high ownership, strong responsibility, and self-driven execution to completion
  • Fluency in Mandarin
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex topics
  • Excellent user insight, including the ability to understand how parents make educational decisions
  • Proficiency using AI tools to enhance content quality and efficiency
  • Open to feedback, able to iterate continuously, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Growth

  • $6,000/month base pay
  • Performance Bonus up to 10% of base compensation
  • Bonus evaluation considers content performance, audience reach, qualified inquiries, and relevant business outcomes
  • Starts as a 40-hour/week contractor (or part-time engagement per onboarding context)
  • Opportunity to convert to full-time based on performance
