Social Media Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media programs across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Produce engaging photography, video, and written content aligned with the Odette & Co. brand.
• Coordinate daily content calendars and nurture ongoing community conversations.
• Capture and edit short form video assets for Reels and TikTok.
• Oversee paid social campaigns and evaluate performance metrics.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
• Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns.
• Support event promotion, coordination, and in-store activations.
• Monitor trends to identify opportunities for growth in awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership to align with broader marketing initiatives and brand strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
• Experience with digital marketing and campaign management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Strong graphic design and video editing skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Capcut.
• Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
