Job Description

The Social Media Marketing Specialist role at TNS Autosports focuses on creating and managing content across social channels, expanding local brand presence, and executing a structured marketing plan for the dealer.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Film and edit vehicle walkarounds, installation demonstrations, and behind the scenes shop footage.
  • Produce promotional materials including flyers, advertisements, and promos for current inventory and services.
  • Grow local brand awareness and engagement through a mix of paid campaigns and organic growth.
  • Assist in building a content and marketing calendar and execute a coherent strategy.
  • Support website content, optimize Google business listings, and contribute digital marketing ideas.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, video editing, and social media growth; automotive industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience growing a business or dealership brand is a strong plus.
  • Ability to take initiative, present ideas, and execute a business plan.
  • Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, and Final Cut.
  • Professional attitude, well organized, and ready to work hard.
  • Local to the Kansas City area and familiarity with the car and truck scene is a bonus.

Compensation

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
