Job Description

A Regional Marketing Coordinator position based in Pasadena, CA (onsite), with supporting duties in Las Vegas, NV, focusing on regional social media, digital marketing, content, outreach, and strengthening referral relationships in collaboration with corporate marketing, PR, and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the regional strategy for social media, digital content, physician outreach, and community and business relationship development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective referral sources (physicians, office staff, clinicians, etc.) through in-person meetings, calls, emails, and events to drive patient referrals.
  • Plan and coordinate patient-facing events to raise brand awareness, including information sessions, community events, and conferences, while maintaining an outreach calendar for HRC physicians.
  • Track and report weekly referral volume by source, assess outreach effectiveness, and support strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with corporate and regional marketing, PR, business development, and internal teams (call center, digital design, office leadership) to create materials and help execute projects.
  • Analyze marketing and outreach data, conduct market research, and translate insights into branding and business development opportunities.
  • Manage advertising efforts across appropriate channels and oversee regional vendors and contractors as needed.
  • Ensure all marketing, media, and outreach activities align with organizational guidelines and protect confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop (or equivalent), and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
