Job Description

The Marketing Technology Operations Specialist role focuses on configuring and maintaining the marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud, while managing integrations, data tracking, and reporting to support effective campaigns and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Salesforce & Pardot Coordination: Ensure the technical health and proper configuration of Salesforce and Pardot in partnership with Marketing Operations.
  • KPI & ROI Tracking: Establish and maintain the technical connections between marketing platforms and analytics tools to ensure reliable data capture and real-time reporting on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Proactive Technical Auditing: Monitor OS updates, privacy laws, and browser shifts, and implement proactive changes to protect tracking and open rates.
  • Website Optimization: Collaborate with the website team to implement technical and design changes that support marketing tracking, conversion optimization, and platform integration.
  • Webinar Administration: Manage Zoom webinars and troubleshoot to deliver a high-quality audience experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Clearly communicate technical requirements to the tech and website teams to ensure project alignment.
  • System Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to improve current systems and processes for greater effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of prior experience in Marketing Operations or a similar technical role in marketing.
  • Salesforce and/or Pardot training is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing high-level integrations and attribution modeling.
  • Experience in a collaborative, high-growth environment.
  • Skillset in Salesforce and Pardot configuration and administration.
  • Ability to implement and maintain tracking infrastructure across marketing platforms and web properties using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Technical foresight to anticipate and solve industry shifts such as privacy updates and deliverability changes.
  • Integration savvy with knowledge of native, API, and third-party integrations.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work smoothly within a team alongside tech and creative teams.
  • Attention to detail with a triple-check mindset to ensure data cleanliness and system reliability.
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to pivot mid-project as goals or the digital landscape shift.
