Job Description

This hybrid Marketing Specialist, Demand Generation role in Santa Ana, CA offers a salary range of $64,300 to $85,700 per year. The role centers on planning and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns and GTM initiatives to generate qualified leads and drive revenue, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and practical, hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, developing, and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, social, content syndication, and webinars.
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches, campaigns, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to create and optimize campaigns that align with GTM plans, audience needs, and revenue objectives.
  • Contribute to market research to identify customer pain points and differentiators, integrating insights into demand generation and GTM strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign activities, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with creative designers and develop content assets such as landing pages, emails, ads, and promotional materials.
  • Test and refine campaign elements, including messaging, targeting, and delivery methods to improve ROI.
  • Work closely with multiple marketing managers to ensure alignment on strategies, deliverables, and GTM plans.
  • Partner with sales to facilitate lead handoffs, monitor progress, and gather feedback on campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with product leadership to develop messaging and collateral that communicate product benefits and align with GTM and customer needs.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for cross-departmental coordination to ensure seamless execution of integrated campaigns.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline growth, and ROI.
  • Use marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce to monitor lead flow and campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to marketing leadership with recommendations for optimization.
  • Coordinate affiliate marketing efforts, including program structure, partner recruitment, performance tracking, and commission optimization.
  • Identify, vet, and activate influencers across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, blogs) who align with the brand and audience.
  • Coordinate recruitment of high-potential affiliates and influencers through direct outreach, networking, events, and partner referrals.
  • Support influencers and affiliates through campaign development, onboarding, deployment, and content optimization, ensuring alignment with product knowledge and promotional best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, GTM strategy execution, B2B marketing, affiliate, influencer, or partnership marketing; preference for SaaS, FinTech, or online marketplace contexts.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), tracking platforms (Everflow, Stripe, Meta, Google, YouTube), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with affiliate networks and tracking platforms (Everflow, Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Meta, Google, YouTube).
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution, and conversion optimization.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business growth.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and strategies.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, legal, design, and content teams.
  • Comfort with public speaking, presenting, and engaging effectively with audiences.
