Job Description
INEX Capital & Growth Advisors is hiring a first-dedicated marketing operations leader to own the marketing systems across HubSpot, web, campaigns, lists, and measurement.
- Own HubSpot day to day: data model; custom objects (deals, hiring signal, competitor database); list segmentation; workflows; forms; source attribution
- Define and document the lifecycle stage model: contact, lead, marketing qualified, sales qualified, customer
- Set written entry and exit criteria for each lifecycle stage
- Maintain a single clean source field aligned with the lead producers who hand off before anything is built on top of the model
- Keep CRM data clean for contact, company, and deal records, including client service contract data arriving from a Zendesk migration
- Build dashboards and routing so every inbound lead is assigned to a named owner
- Maintain web properties connected to HubSpot: established brand sites and the new combined-brand site, ins-amp.com (already live)
- Create landing pages and forms and maintain analytics and conversion tracking
- Own redirect mapping and continuity during site consolidation to preserve search history and conversion tracking
- Run email deliverability end to end: dedicated sending subdomain; SPF, DKIM, DMARC authenticated; documented warm-up schedule and volume caps; shared mailboxes; branded signatures; sequences
- Secure and centralize credentials for every web and marketing property in a shared vault to reduce single-person dependency
- Consolidate social presences into current, professional profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Build and run outbound and nurture campaigns for defined audiences: purchased agency list; existing clients (cross-sell); partner channel listings; hiring-signal feed
- Prioritize campaign lanes: cross-sell between service lines first, then visibility for the combined brand, then the enterprise advisory pipeline
- Configure, launch, measure, adjust and walk leadership through each campaign before it goes live
- Run brand-launch and trade show follow-up sequences and document results
- Manage list hygiene end to end: verification; unsubscribe discipline; do-not-call scrubbing; suppression
- Honor license terms for purchased lists as hard limits
- Maintain audience inventory (one-page) including size, hygiene status, license terms, and which campaign touches it
- Produce campaign assets using AI tools and templates: emails, landing pages, social posts from the locked brand system
- Adapt approved messaging accurately with setup and integration work prioritized over content production
- Maintain weekly reporting habits: sent, opened, replied, leads handed off, and what changes next
- Build funnel measurement so conversion is visible at each step, including what happened after handoff
- Report monthly to leadership: what ran, what it produced, and next changes
Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on marketing operations or marketing technology work, including marketing automation you set up yourself (CRM workflows, sequences, integrations)
- Personal administration of a CRM/marketing automation platform (HubSpot strongly preferred)
- Experience building and sending email campaigns and maintaining a business website
- WordPress knowledge and enough HTML/CSS to build and fix landing pages and emails
- AI tools used daily as part of your workflow
- Writing ability to adapt approved messaging into emails, landing pages, and social posts without introducing errors
- Organization to run 4+ campaign lanes at once while keeping measurement accurate
Preferred qualifications
- HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Reporting)
- Experience with list verification and suppression tooling (NeverBounce or similar) and purchased-list license compliance
- Google Analytics and campaign attribution experience
