Responsibilities

Lead marketing strategy, campaign planning, and content development for assigned senior living clients
Collaborate within an established account team focused on clear communication and teamwork
Identify and propose new business opportunities to clients
Prepare campaign plans, supervise tactical execution, and track performance
Partner with Creative and Content Teams to develop and deploy campaign elements, with a heavy emphasis on content development, distribution, and social media
Maintain thorough documentation of all client activities and prepare status reports as needed
Participate in internal strategic and production meetings to ensure effective project management
Consistently exceed client expectations and strengthen the agency-client relationship

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
3-5 years employment experience in an advertising/marketing position
Ad agency and/or senior living marketing experience is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of advertising and marketing trends, strategy, and business
Comfortable interpreting campaign metrics and making strategic recommendations
Articulate written and oral communication skills
Effective sales and customer service skills
Proficiency with numbers, budgeting and Excel
Ability to present ideas, problem solve and negotiate
Exceptional attention to detail, organization and time management
Proficient with technology including Microsoft Office, Zoom, A/V equipment and Adobe

Job Description

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, Product Management, and strategic partners to craft and execute integrated marketing and communications plans that support revenue growth, pipeline development, and customer engagement.
Prepare and present marketing and sales materials to internal stakeholders and prospective clients.
Develop and implement corporate communications strategies to enhance Envision Technology’s brand, reputation, and market standing.
Lead both internal and external communications, including press releases, customer announcements, product launches, and executive messaging.
Define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for current and future offerings.
Translate complex technical capabilities into customer-focused marketing materials and compelling value propositions.
Manage website content, SEO strategy, CRM marketing tooling, and digital marketing platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.
7-10 years of progressively responsible marketing, communications, business development, or related experience, with at least 3 years supporting the defense, aerospace, government contracting, or military markets.
Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing projects, and coordinating marketing initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
Working knowledge of the U.S. Department of Defense acquisition process, federal contracting environment, and defense industry trade organizations.
Experience developing marketing materials for technical products, military systems, defense electronics, optics, sensors, or related technologies is highly desirable.
Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, website content management systems, analytics platforms, and social media management tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
Demonstrated strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multi-task.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro.
Ability to move up to 25 pounds.
Travel up to 40%.
