Job Description
The Director of Marketing & Communications at Envision Technology, LLC leads integrated marketing, communications, and brand initiatives from an onsite location in Manchester, NH to drive revenue growth and strengthen the company’s position in defense and security markets.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, Product Management, and strategic partners to craft and execute integrated marketing and communications plans that support revenue growth, pipeline development, and customer engagement.
- Prepare and present marketing and sales materials to internal stakeholders and prospective clients.
- Develop and implement corporate communications strategies to enhance Envision Technology’s brand, reputation, and market standing.
- Lead both internal and external communications, including press releases, customer announcements, product launches, and executive messaging.
- Define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for current and future offerings.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into customer-focused marketing materials and compelling value propositions.
- Manage website content, SEO strategy, CRM marketing tooling, and digital marketing platforms.
- Represent Envision Technology at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities as needed.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Plan, budget, execute, and assess industry trade shows, conferences, demonstrations, and client engagement events.
- Support Business Development and Capture with proposal graphics, messaging, customer-facing content, white papers, capability statements, RFIs, RFQs, and proposal submissions.
- Establish and monitor marketing KPIs such as lead generation, customer engagement, digital performance, event ROI, brand awareness, and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Create engaging content including blog posts, emails, social updates, and promotional materials to raise brand visibility.
- Lead, monitor, and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies in collaboration with leadership.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Develop and editing videos, images, and graphics to support brand and product awareness, proposals, and other marketing needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.
- 7-10 years of progressively responsible marketing, communications, business development, or related experience, with at least 3 years supporting the defense, aerospace, government contracting, or military markets.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing projects, and coordinating marketing initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of the U.S. Department of Defense acquisition process, federal contracting environment, and defense industry trade organizations.
- Experience developing marketing materials for technical products, military systems, defense electronics, optics, sensors, or related technologies is highly desirable.
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, website content management systems, analytics platforms, and social media management tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Demonstrated strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multi-task.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro.
- Ability to move up to 25 pounds.
- Travel up to 40%.
