EVR Advertising offers a hybrid, Manchester, NH based role for a Marketing Manager / Account Executive focused on senior living clients. You will guide strategy, act as the primary liaison to ensure timely and effective agency deliverables, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to bring campaigns from concept to completion. Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategy, campaign planning, and content development for assigned senior living clients
  • Collaborate within an established account team focused on clear communication and teamwork
  • Identify and propose new business opportunities to clients
  • Prepare campaign plans, supervise tactical execution, and track performance
  • Partner with Creative and Content Teams to develop and deploy campaign elements, with a heavy emphasis on content development, distribution, and social media
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all client activities and prepare status reports as needed
  • Participate in internal strategic and production meetings to ensure effective project management
  • Consistently exceed client expectations and strengthen the agency-client relationship
  • Stay educated on developments in the senior living industry
  • Commit to ongoing professional education, expand skill sets, celebrate successes, and learn from mistakes
  • Improve presentation skills and public speaking abilities
  • Understand how the agency makes money and contribute to profitability through prudent business management
  • Network and be a positive advocate for the agency in the community

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • 3-5 years employment experience in an advertising/marketing position
  • Ad agency and/or senior living marketing experience is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of advertising and marketing trends, strategy, and business
  • Comfortable interpreting campaign metrics and making strategic recommendations
  • Articulate written and oral communication skills
  • Effective sales and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with numbers, budgeting and Excel
  • Ability to present ideas, problem solve and negotiate
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization and time management
  • Proficient with technology including Microsoft Office, Zoom, A/V equipment and Adobe
