Role overview

We are seeking an energetic and visionary leader to guide the marketing team and develop innovative strategies that expand brand presence across both digital and traditional channels. You will design campaigns, leverage data-driven insights, and drive growth in alignment with business goals. This role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable results that support the organization’s ambitions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and market share across multiple platforms.
  • Oversee website updates and ongoing content management.
  • Oversee the creation and management of blog posts.
  • Oversee social media campaigns across relevant channels.
  • Oversee email marketing initiatives using content management systems like WordPress.
  • Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to optimize website content and improve rankings.
  • Enhance organic search traffic through effective SEO practices.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other digital channels to maximize ROI through conversion optimization.
  • Lead analytics efforts by monitoring Google Analytics and other performance marketing tools to assess campaign effectiveness and inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Ensure consistent branding across all channels.
  • Implement marketing automation platforms to streamline campaigns and nurture leads in B2B or B2C contexts.
  • Coordinate social media management across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to foster community engagement.
  • Drive e-commerce growth by optimizing product listings and improving user experience through HTML/CSS adjustments, supported by SEM strategies.
  • Conduct performance marketing analyses by examining data trends with SQL or JavaScript integrations to refine targeting.
  • Lead keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities for organic growth.
  • Manage content creation for diverse audiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing leadership with strong knowledge of SEO tools, SEM campaigns, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in content creation including copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop), HTML/CSS coding skills, and familiarity with WordPress.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage social media marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Facebook Advertising and social media management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance marketing metrics, conversion optimization, and data-driven decision making using SQL or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies in B2B or B2C environments.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire teams, coordinate cross-functional projects, and communicate strategic insights clearly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing or related disciplines are a plus.
