Job Description
Marketing Manager for Lingdao Homecare leads multichannel marketing strategies, digital campaigns, and brand growth from our on-site location in Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute integrated multichannel marketing programs that align with Lingdao's strategic goals, spanning digital channels, content initiatives, and traditional media
- Oversee and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and print channels to extend reach and maximize return on investment
- Coordinate content development for websites, social media, email newsletters, and promotional collateral, leveraging Adobe Creative Suite and strong copywriting
- Use analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and marketing automation systems to monitor performance, interpret data trends, and adjust tactics for better engagement
- Sync marketing activities with product roadmaps, launches, and sales objectives through close collaboration with product management
- Perform market research to identify opportunities in B2B markets and ecommerce channels
- Oversee budgets for advertising initiatives and digital campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Partner with sales to create compelling enablement materials and support lead generation using performance marketing tactics
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, and social media strategies
- Solid understanding of multichannel tactics including email marketing, print advertising, and online platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, basic HTML, and site management tools
- Experience using Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance marketing
- Background in market research, copywriting, product management, budgeting, and sales support
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Shopify is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the homecare industry
