Job Description
DHL Supply Chain in North America is seeking a Marketing Specialist - Core to advance B2B marketing and multi‑channel digital campaigns from our Westerville, Ohio campus. This onsite role partners with internal teams and external vendors to boost brand visibility and strengthen customer engagement. Responsibilities
- Help create, schedule, and publish content across digital channels, including social media and email campaigns
- Support day-to-day channel management on both internal and external platforms
- Regularly analyze channel, event, and campaign metrics to identify optimizations
- Maintain content and campaign calendars to align with upcoming initiatives
- Assist in developing campaign and event landing pages
- Produce content for campaigns, channels, and events as needed
- Coordinate customer and target invitation lists and ensure proper deployment through marketing platforms
- Ensure all content adheres to DHL brand standards and tone of voice
- Support internal teams with updates, asset requests, and campaign documentation
- Engage with the CCO Analyst community
- Coordinate with external vendors or partners as directed
- Maintain consistency of brand tone across all digital channels
- Ensure content meets global and regional compliance guidelines
- Own the content calendar and provide a weekly update cadence for campaigns
- Conduct competitor research and report findings and recommendations to the Marketing & Engagement team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing, digital content, social media, or related field
- Understanding of core marketing concepts and digital engagement
- Strong writing, proofreading, and light content creation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Attention to detail and adherence to established processes
- Comfort collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new platforms, tools, and marketing practices
- Foundational analytical skills to interpret performance metrics
