Job Description

Marketing & Sales Coordinator position at Matthews Motors, on site in Augusta, GA.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage vehicle listings across internal and external platforms
  • Support the sales team with pricing updates and inventory coordination
  • Develop and maintain online listings on the Matthews Motors website, CommercialTruckTrader.com, and additional channels
  • Write precise, engaging vehicle descriptions and keep specs and pricing up to date
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team on vehicle content and listings
  • Provide general sales administrative support as needed
  • Capture photos and short-form video content of commercial trucks, light-duty vehicles, shop operations, staff, events, and dealership activities for marketing, branding, recruitment, and sales initiatives
  • Create, manage, and publish social media content and blog posts
  • Support digital marketing efforts including Meta and Google Ads, website updates, and branding consistency
  • Maintain a professional and consistent online presence across platforms
  • Submit Co-Op materials to Isuzu and Hino for the first and second halves, including Isuzu, Hino, Stellar programs
  • Assist with digital marketing and SEO performance
  • Assist HR with planning and execution of employee events
  • Attend trade shows as needed

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and assist across departments in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn dealership systems
  • Experience in automotive, commercial trucks, or dealership operations is a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, Aherfs, or similar is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license required
